Our Spray Foam Insulation Warranty
Every Super Sprayers job comes with a 2-year labour warranty on our workmanship, plus the product warranty from the manufacturer of the foam we spray. That's it, stated plainly, whether the job is a single rim joist, a finished basement or an entire barn. We'd rather give you a warranty we can clearly explain and stand behind than a headline number buried under a page of exclusions.
Workmanship problems with spray foam, like poor adhesion, delamination or shrinkage from a bad mix, usually show up within the first year or two of heating and cooling cycles as the building expands and contracts with the seasons. A 2-year labour warranty covers that window. Because we record every job to the CAN/ULC-S705.2 installation standard, we also have the job record, including temperatures, equipment settings and field tests, to look back on if a question ever comes up.

What the 2-Year Labour Warranty Covers
The labour warranty covers defects caused by our installation, including the most common workmanship failures.
- Foam pulling away from the surface it was sprayed on (adhesion loss)
- Layers of foam separating from each other (delamination)
- Shrinkage or cracking caused by how the foam was installed
- Soft or uncured areas from an off-ratio mix
- Missed areas within the agreed scope of work

Manufacturer Product Warranty
The foam itself is covered by its manufacturer's product warranty, which applies to the material when it is installed according to the manufacturer's instructions. The brand and product warranty for your job are listed on your quote and in the product data sheet we provide. Our S705 job record is the evidence that the foam was installed correctly.
What Isn't Covered
Being clear about this up front avoids arguments later.
Leaks
Damage from roof, plumbing or foundation leaks.
Structural movement
Cracking caused by settling, framing movement or structural failure.
Pests
Damage from rodents, birds or insects.
Misuse

Why Workmanship Decides Whether Foam Lasts
Cured spray foam is a stable material that lasts for the life of the building. When foam fails, it is almost always because of how it was installed: the wrong ratio, a pass sprayed too thick, or foam sprayed onto a cold or wet surface. Those are exactly the things the CAN/ULC-S705.2 standard makes us check and record.
That's why we treat the job record as part of the warranty. If a question ever comes up, we can see the conditions, settings and checks from the day we sprayed.
