Acton Homes Near Fairy Lake and Downtown
Many of Acton's older homes date from its tannery years, with modest frame and brick houses on the streets around Fairy Lake, Mill Street and Main Street. They tend to have leaky rim joists, unfinished basements and thin attic insulation. Those three upgrades make the biggest difference for the money.
